A Ticket, A Task Kit was born from a discussion that I had with my friend David about his frustrations teaching theatre at his High School. There is an increasing pressure on theatre to be highly technical, but the software that makes it easy to do things is generally more expensive than your average school / community theatre can afford. We decided to do something about it. The project is moving more slowly than we would like, as we both have pretty full lives, but is likely to restart in the spring, when more of his students are available to help us out.
